Healthy but not diet recipes?

I do not need to lose weight, my BMI is 20.2


But I have noticed that I have very bad eating habits. Two out of three meals in my day are fast food. My choice of drink is always sweet tea. I eat at 1 or 2 in the morning sometimes. I am only 19 and I can already feel my body's health deteriorating. So are there any healthy recipes out there that will make me feel better and make me stronger? The recipes that I've found online so far are for weight loss and I don't want to lose weight...





Any website, book recommendation, or even a recipe of your own would help me very much.

There are many books that are great. But there is one called The Joy of Cooking, it's got many different healthy recipes that are great for you. Some of them are vegetarian, and thought it may look like a 'diet' book, it's really just a great all around cook book. Enjoy!Healthy but not diet recipes?
