Anyone got a good recipe for a healthy salad dressing?

These are my favorite healthy dressings:

Orange Balsamic Viniagrette

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup orange juice (the juice from a can of mandarin oranges works just fine)

2 T dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup olive oil

Mix the vinegar, juice, mustard, and s%26amp;p. While stirring, drizzle in the olive oil. Pour over greens and enjoy. You can also put all the ingrediants into a jar or lidded container and shake to combine. Just shake a few seconds everytime you use it. You can also adjust the amounts of vinegar if you want it more or less acidic.

This dressing is good over baby greens or romaine lettuce with mandarin oranges and sliced almonds.

Creamy Herb Dressing

1/2 cup light mayo

1/2 cup light sour cream

1 cup skim milk (use more or less depending on the consistency you like)

2-3 T Mrs. Dash (any flavor you like)

2 T chopped fresh chives

Mix all ingrediants and refigerate at least an hour for flavors to develop. If the dressing is too thick when it comes out of the fridge, stir in a little more milk. Adjust the seasoning as desired.

This dressing is good with good old fashioned iceburg lettuce, baby carrots and grape tomatoes.

Good luck!Anyone got a good recipe for a healthy salad dressing?
this one doesn't have olive oil or anything but its good and very healthy

1-2 english cucumbers, seeded

8 oz sour cream, no fat

a sprinkle of celery seed

blend all together and use as a dip or dressing. it keeps for a long time. all you have to do is restir it. also you can make it as thick or thin as you want. the reason for using english cucumbers (the really long ones) is that they have less water in them. you can use regular cucumbers though but remember to get rid of the seeds.Anyone got a good recipe for a healthy salad dressing?
