Chop up some potatoes (After scrubbing them) and then whack 'em in a grill. Potato wedges without the extra salt and oil fat.

Buy a chicken breast (boneless and skinless) and chop it up into strips. Coat with vegetable broth and crushed cornflakes. Grill them or put them in the oven at 180 degrees 'till cooked.

Blend a banana and some milk and Voila your very own healthy fast food!!

for a burger just make one at home use vegis and deli, beef pattie, or chicken pattie from the store it's a lot healthier and better

for french fries cut some potatoes up and either put them in the oven or this fryer thing(then season them)

milkshakes make some at home, we make one with strawberries, bannanas, vanilla icecream, and milk then blend it.
YEAH ALL YOU GOT TO DO IS BAKE THEM INSTEAD OF FRY THEM THAT WILL SAVE YOU alot OF CALORIES.
