I really need to start eating healthy and im a big fan of stir-frys.. however I can NOT cook for the life of me.. I also HATE spicy food (any time of peppers) and I also hate olives, onions, garlic and tomatoes..
So with that being said, anyone have any really healthy but really yummy stir-fry recipesI need good HEALTHY stir-fry recipes?
Stir fry is super easy
Get one of those prepackaged broccoli/carrot/cauliflower bags from the grocery or chop up about 5 cups of veggies. You can add any meat to it you want but I just do veggies.
Heat 1 tbsp peanut or canola oil in large pan or wok. Shred about a tbsp of ginger and heat in in oil for a min or so (careful to not burn). Add your meat and cook til done. Remove meat from pan and set aside. Heat antoher tbsp oil and cook your veggies til done, add meat and serve with rice or noodlesI need good HEALTHY stir-fry recipes?
I'm not good at cooking, so i buy the frozen bags of stir fry vegetables (just plain veggies) and cook 1 cup rice with 2 cups water. while the rice is cooking, i put one bag of frozen veggies in a pan with some soy sauce/teriaki sauce. once the rice has no more liquid, just transfer it over to the veggie pan. SO easy and delicious, makes about 2-3 dinners, but teriaki sauce contains a lot of sodium so that's the only drawback.
