fry an onion in oil until soft. Throw in a lot of left over vegies and whatever you have. When brown top with grated cheese. Here is my best recipe. In a bowl mix one tablespoon of flour or cornflour with one cup of milk. Add a quarter of finely chopped onion, chopped parsley and one medium tin of salmon or tuna. Mix and microwave until sauce is thick. Sprinkle with black pepper. Yum. Put raw chicken in a pot and just cover with water. Add chopped onion and carrot slices. Add chicken stock and black pepper. Cook gently until chicken is cooked and thicken with cornflour or flour. A yummy chicken stew. Add oil to a roasting dish and add garlic paste and mix. throw in your vegies to roast and yum. If you toss your raw vegies in flour before putting in the roasting dish then they will come out crispy.
I have quite a few recipes on my blog. Some are quick and easy, and some more detailed.

One of my favorite quick and easy foods is taco pie. All you do is brown 1 lb. hamburger (turkey burger for healthier version) and add a package of taco seasoning. Put it in the bottom of a greased pie pan. Use the directions on biscuit mix to mix up enough biscuit dough to cover the meat. Bake until biscuit is golden brown at 350 degrees, and then flip onto a plate. Top with shredded cheese. This is fairly quick, easy and delicious.
Go to thecopycatrecipes.com. They have restaurant recipes. I tried the cheddar bay biscuits from Red Lobster and they tasted just like they came from Red Lobster. Maybe even better.
1 box mac and cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 C. Parmesan cheese

1 small can tuna.

My wife thinks i'm crazy but it tastes a lot like tuna casserole.
