Does any one know a recipe for a healthy snack?

Its just i'm sat here at my Laptop and im really hungry i want something interesting but healthy to eat any ideas! Please don't say something like an apple or something that will take half an hour to make!Does any one know a recipe for a healthy snack?
Healthy, delicious and easy to prepare can all reflect some snacks. Do not know what you have in your refrigerator and kitchen shelves but these are snacks I like:

fresh strawberries dipped into yogurt or sour cream and then into brown sugar

vegetable crudites (carrots, broccoli, cucumber, summer squash, etc dipped into store bought hummus

scrambled egg filled with briefly sauteed mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and zucchini or summer squash. Toast some bread and butter it.

Apple peeped and cored and chopped up coarsely. Put it in a microwave with a bit of water, sugar and possibly cinnamon. Cook it until it is soft. Hot applesauce is great spread on a piece of buttered toast. It tastes like hot apple pie

Grilled cheese sandwich made with raising brad and cheese The combination is delicious

Gotta go. All this talk about food is making me hungry...Does any one know a recipe for a healthy snack?
Pita Pizza Salad is a healthy version of an old favorite. Lots of vegetables and whole wheat pita make this a tasty treat.

Ingredients4 whole wheat pita breads, halved

4 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish

8 large romaine leaves

1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing

Method

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place pita halves directly on oven rack to toast, turning once, about 5 minutes. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of pizza sauce inside each pita half. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese inside pizza halves. Place two pita halves on each of four serving plates. Shred romaine leaves and place in a bowl with mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and dressing. Toss gently. Stuff pita halves with salad. Garnish with remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
Have pineapple cottage cheese or garlic and herb cottage cheese on ryvita. So low in fat and cals yet tasty and filling. Snakajacks are to die for too. So many different flavours.
Much depends on what you have in your kitchen, as you mentioned I am guessing that you don鈥檛 have any fruit or veggies, and you don鈥檛 want to go somewhere- perhaps you have some popcorn or rice cakes.
Celery and peanut butter, or diced fresh peaches with lime juice and chili powder. Toast with peanut butter honey and banana slices.
I like Low fat cream cheese on celery. It is really good if you have some green salad olives to put on it too.
Ants on a log....Celery with peanut butter and add raisins. My kids love this!!
have a bowl of cereal
