I am going away on Friday for a week %26amp; am looking to eat healthy foods %26amp; I was wondering what are some good recipes for muesli out there. what types of fruits go well?

Also I would probably like a toasted muesli, how do you do that?

And how long does the different types of muesli last? (kept in an air tight container)
