Any good,Healthy, Pork Chop Recipes?

I'd love a healthy pork chop recipe...i have four small boneless pork chops at home. I'm on weight watchers so it has to be healthy please.

Would love the recipes to be simple so if i have to go buy a spice then maybe thats ok depending on the cost of the spice..im out of money for a while.Any good,Healthy, Pork Chop Recipes?
My favorite healthy pork chops:

Spray baking dish with Pam

Add pork chops, dash with salt %26amp; pepper

Add chopped onions %26amp; celery around the chops

Add 1 can diced tomatoes over the chops - just pour them on, juice and all

Add about 1/4 cup of vinegar (I like balsamic but it's expensive, any vinegar will do)

Bake for 1 hour at 350. The tomato %26amp; vinegar sound weird but they combine to make a really great flavor. There's no added fat and you get plenty of veggies. I serve it with brown rice and a salad. Any good,Healthy, Pork Chop Recipes?
Fried pork chops (using extra-virg olive oil so it is healthy for you):

put olive oil in skillet (coat bottom of pan well) and heat to medium high

pound pork chops (boneless) until thin

salt %26amp; pepper both sides of chops

dip chops in beaten egg, then into panko (japanese breadcrumbs)

place chops into skillet, cook 3-5 minutes on each side until done

i always have to serve them with lots of apple sauce and a good vegetable.

Fennel Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

4 pork chops

1 tablespoons garlic salt

1 tablespoon fennel seed (can also use rosemary)

1 cup white wine

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle garlic salt on both sides of the pork chops. The garlic salt should pretty well cover the chops.

Pour a little olive oil or other cooking oil into a skillet. Put the pork chops in the frying pan and place fennel seeds on top of the pork chops. 10 to 15 fennel seeds per pork chop will probably do. Let the underside of the pork chop brown then turn over. Once both sides are browned flip again.

Pour the wine into frying pan; cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes and flip the pork chops over. Cover them again and let them simmer for another 10 minutes. Make sure the wine doesn't completely evaporate or the pork chops will burn. You may have to add a little more wine to the pan.

I just ad pepper to both sides of my pork chop and bRoil them

slice in cubes then I add it to a green salad w/ salsa or a very light salad dressing ~ you could use a weight watchers dressing ~ ranch is always good on a meat salad

Also, ad some chunks of watermelon for a side item that works for a nice dessert too
Take a good mustard and smother on the pork chop. Let them sit in the fridge for an hour and then grill or broil.

You will be amazed at how good this is.
I have a recipe that will knock your socks off

Take the pork chop and brown them, in a frying pan or whatever

Place pork chops in a casserole dish cover completely with cream of mushroom soup, do not add water

Bake for 2 hours at 350

take out and enjoy, these will be the most tender pork chops ever
Healthy pork is an oxymoron....it comes from a pig.....remember???
