Ingredients
100g (4oz) unsalted butter
100g (4oz) light brown sugar
75g (3oz) golden syrup
250g (9oz) sugar-free muesli
2.5ml (陆 tsp) SuperCook Natural Vanilla Extract
200g SuperCook Scotbloc Milk Chocolate Flavour Covering
SuperCook Chocolate Strands
Method
Preheat oven to 180潞C/350潞F/Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a 18cm (7 inch) cake tin.
Place sugar, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan and heat until gently melted.
Remove from heat and mix in muesli and Natural Vanilla Extract. Press into prepared tin and bake for 20 鈥?25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Leave to cool completely.
Melt Scotbloc according to the pack instructions and cover each bar. Sprinkle with Chocolate Strands and set aside to cool.
