i'm looking for a good tasting smoothie recipe and i want it to be healthy for me to because i'm on a diet and i have to drink a healty smoothie and a piece of wheat toast in the morning so i'm looking for good recipesGreat smoothie recipes that are also healthy?
2.5 cups of sliced, frozen fruit

I use blueberries (antioxidants), mango (vitamins C and A), bananas (fiber and potassium) and strawberries.





1 cup of orange juice

Buy fruit you like, cut it fresh, freeze it, mix with ice and random fruits afterwards anf you'll get a great frozen smoothie. Strawberry and banana, Raspberry and Cherry....whatever fruit you like ...
I make 'smoothies' for my kids often.. Just buy fruit that u like and organic, low/non fat plain yogurt and no fat milk and blend till the texture u like.





NO ice cream!
Blend up some fruit with skim milk, low fat yoghurt, or fat free sorbet and some ice.

Or you can take a couple of cups of soy milk (or cow, oat, or almond), and blend it with a cup of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and a banana. Add some organic hemp powder


for extra protein and fiber. Perfect way to start the day, in my opinion.
