Does this recipe sound healthy?

Trail Peanut Butter Balls


Ingredients:





* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I use Smart Balance Omega.)


* 1/2 cup honey


* 1 cup dry milk


* 1 cup uncooked oatmeal


* Wheat germ





Directions: At home, combine peanut butter and honey. Gradually stir in dry milk and oatmeal. Shape into balls and roll in wheat germ. Let ';dry'; several hours on wax paper. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.Does this recipe sound healthy?
I imagine this is some sort of no-bake cookie..and yes, it sounds healthy. Honey, wheat germ, oatmeal all are beneficial to the body. Peanut butter provides protein, and dry milk has little fat, and adds calcium, and vitamin D. Sounds like a good snack.Does this recipe sound healthy?
As opposed to what? If you're comparing it to peanut butter cookies it sounds really healthy. If you're comparing it to a light snack like an apple, it's not.
As long as you don't eat too much at once you will be fine, although it is full of sugar and fat.
Well it doesn't sound too good.
Its fine as a snack.
