Easy recipe for a healthy desert with fruit?

Hey, me and my friend have entered a cooking competition at our school and we have been asked to make a healthy desert with fruit in it.

Does anyone have any easy recipes (I would appreciate the ingrediants to be in grams!) for a healthy desert with fruit in it that can be made in 60 minutes?Easy recipe for a healthy desert with fruit?
How about a fruit parfait?

It's a English dessert.

2 Crunch bars; crumbled

12 oz. plain, nonfat yogurt

1 cup fruit (your choice)

1 cup different type fruit

In a parfait glass:

Place 1/2 yogurt at bottom, then add 1 crumbled Crunch bar, and 1 cup fruit.

Repeat these steps until glass is full.

Top with whipped cream, if desired.Easy recipe for a healthy desert with fruit?
Strawberry

3.3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping or icecream.

Fruit Salad:

Cut up fruits in bute sized pieces such as:

Apple, Grapes, Mango, Banana, etc...

Put in bowl and top with whip cream!
This is embarrassingly easy. It's not true shortcake, of course, but grab some store-bought mini angel food cakes, add strawberries and a dollop of fat-free whipped topping, plus a little chocolate syrup if you desire, and voila! A lovely dessert fit for any occasion.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

* 4 mini Angel Food Bundt cakes

* 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

* 1 cup fat-free whipped topping

* Fat-free chocolate syrup to drizzle (optional)

Preparation:

Place one cake on each of four dessert plates. Spoon one-fourth of the fat-free whipped topping into the hole of each, surround with sliced strawberries. Drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.

Try grilling some pineapples. But before you put them on a grill, sprinkle them with brown sugar. The sticky, burnt, sweet sugar on a pineapple is a home run! You can melt a good quality chocolate (add a touch of brandy/rum) for the dipping sauce.

Or grill some peaches or plums. Remove the piths. Then grill flesh side down (just enough for them to have grill marks). Then dissolve some sugar on a brandy or proseco (equal parts). Then pour it over the grilled fruit. Let them hangout for an hour. Then top it with mascarpone or just whip cream.
okay buy a bunch of different fruits that are fresh and canned. cut them up and drain all the liquid. mix all the fruits together and add enough whipping cream to them to cover all the fruit. freeze for a few minutes until cool and serve. the colder the tastier but you can still eat it warm but it isn't that great try chilling it for as long as possible

Cut required quantity of fruits like grapes, banana, papaya, orange, apple, pineapple, and dates. Boil some jaggery in a little milk and filter. Mix every thing slowly with pre boiled cold milk and keep in refrigerator. Serve cold.
