Healthy teen snack recipes?

i am going on a diet and i need to lose about 20lbs and i exercise regularly but i just need some really good snack ideas that are healthy but somewhat easy to make:)

Anything nutritious, and full of vitamins, with a small/ or no amount of calories or carbs. Since you are still a teen, it s much easier to mold your body at this stage, and there fore very easy to influenced by food. Recommendations would be, cellary sticks, baby carrots, nutri- grain, and alot of water after every meal. Remember, the only way that you can lose weight is by losing more calories, then you take in.

carrots


tangerines


celery with peanut butter


whole wheat whole grain bread with a butter substitute


banana


handful of nuts or cereal [ not the sugary kind tho ]


handful of animal crackers


sugar free jello


applesauce








yaaa i am still trying to look for different snacks too. .
they always have really really good recipes in SEVENTEEN magazine in the health section, you should check it out
almonds! veggies and fruit! :)
