Another: one for dinner.

Ingredients:

I chicken

3 potatoes

4 carrots

4 cups water

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

salts and pepper (however much you want)

Directions:

1. Dice potatoes and chop the carrots. Then bake the chicken on tray in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Next, place the diced potatoes in pot (large) and fill with water. then bring pot to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, then mash it or blend it until its smooth. Next, mix the carrots with 2 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast it in the oven at 350 degrees for a half an hour. this serves four, so if it's only for u, cut down all ingredients a fourth of how much there originally was. tip, try doing the pot and the oven at the same time. it saves time.
