1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp (2g) basil

1 tsp (2g) oregano

1 tsp (1g) marjoram

1/2 tsp (2g) black pepper

2 cups (425g) tomato sauce, (1 15-ounce can)

1 pound (455g) spaghetti, uncooked

1/2 cup (60g) Parmesan cheese

Directions

Spray a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil spray. Add onions and garlic and cook over medium heat for 5鈥?0 minutes, until onions are soft and brown. Add basil, oregano, marjoram and pepper.

Increase heat to high. Add ground beef or ground turkey and cook until the meat turns brown.
