Any recipe ideas for healthy food, that tastes good!!?

how unhealthy do you think that a homemade pizza with whole wheat flour, and organic vegs and cheese would be? with no sugar, no chemicals.

and with a glass of chilled ';ayran'; ( yoghurt+water+ mixer, and then in fridge for 15-20 mins), you'll have urself a tasty dinner and a nice sleep :) u have all the vitamins and minerals from the vegs and dairy products, and proteins from whole wheat and cheese. and it's with no meat either :)

it's got everything: whole grains, tomatoes, garlic, onions, herbs (for the spice), unprocessed cheese ( mozzarella), capsicums, mushrooms, olives, olive oil, maybe other vegs. and the refreshing ayran with the helpful digestive bacteria. i really think you will get all the nutrients u'll need. and it's not even fried.

sorry if i'm too persuasive...Any recipe ideas for healthy food, that tastes good!!?
This is a simple recipe that works well with chicken or chicken substitutes:

1 lb of chicken or faux-chicken or tofu crumbles

1 can black beans, drained

1 can corn, drained

1 jar pre-made salsa (I buy organic without sugar)

Cilantro to taste

Shredded cheese--Mexican flavor or Colby/Jack (not too much)

Cook chicken/tofu on the stove (I use a wok or a deep skillet). Add the beans, corn and salsa and heat everything through. Add the cilantro and top with some shredded cheese. Enjoy!Any recipe ideas for healthy food, that tastes good!!?

and any other veggies you may have (i have had asparagus and mushrooms, and brocoli.. anything)

Drizzle over them Olive oil %26amp; squeeze some fresh lemon over them. Salt, pepper, garlic.

Bake at 400 degrees until done. :)
Cajun lobster omelette

1 tbsp. minced onion

2 tbsps. butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tbsp. chopped celery

3/4 cup diced lobster meat

Beat the eggs and cook in a skillet over medium heat.

Saut茅 minced onions in butter. Add celery, salt and lobster meat, then simmer for 3 minutes.

Spread the mixture over the omelette.

Fold and serve.
Fish Fillets with Black Bean Compote

6 Alaska pollock, cod, or sole fillets (4 to 6 oz. each), fresh, thawed or frozen

4 teaspoons olive, canola, peanut or grapeseed oil, divided

1 white onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes

1 can (4 oz.) mild diced green chiles

2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Rinse any ice glaze from frozen Alaska Pollock fillets under cold water, pat dry with paper towel. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of fillets with 2 teaspoons oil. Place fillets in heated skillet and cook, uncovered, about 3 minutes, until browned. Shake pan occasionally to keep fish from sticking.

Turn fillets over; cover pan tightly and reduce heat to medium. Cook an additional 2 to 5 minutes. Cook just until fish is opaque throughout. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

In the same skillet, cook onion and garlic in remaining oil over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in cumin; cook 1 minute. Add beans, tomatoes, and chiles. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve seafood fillets over the black bean compote.

Most green vegetable, slightly boiled and then add a little bit of olive oil and sea salt; all taste very good. If you like garlic, just add a few slices of them while you boiling the vegetable, taste even better and garlic will do magic to your health.
