I need a few good but healthy recipes for this week. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and trying to watch my weight and healthier eating is so important righ now. Can anyone help?

This is a matter of creativity. I mean, i bet you're creative enough to come with some ideas following this rules:
1: Go Green, try to eat more vegetables, go to a green store near you and buy some fresh organic veggies.
2: Fat: You and your future baby, both need some fat to produce hormones, Dont cut it out! did you know that most of the brain is made out of fat?,
BUT try to get the healthy one, I mean insaturated or poly-insaturated fat, go to your supermarket and get some european olive oil, which you can use to flavour-up the salads you will make with the veggies from point 1.
3: Carbohydrates: Your body is on constant work, and it needs its most favourite fuel, carbs! ok, get the good ones like whole grain bread, and oatmeal and all-bran cereal, did you know when you're pregnant you tend to get constipated? Well the fiber in this food will relieve it. Bran also is rich on vitamins such as folic acid and B12. Whole grain rice!
4: Protein!, of course you need some to get the essential amino-acids, so I advice you to stop eating red meat or reduce it, instead try fish and chicken (skinless chicken). You can drink 2% milk.
