Does anyone know a simple healthy tuna recipe???

In Europe, we open the can, drain, dump on a plate. Then you pour about 1 Tbl of olive oil, 1 Tbl of red-wine vinegar, and Salt/Pepper over the tuna. Eat with crackers, bread, pita, etc.

It's tasty, and very good for you.Does anyone know a simple healthy tuna recipe???
