Can anyone share healthy fast prep recipes of foods kids will really eat? es?

There are a lot of foods out there that are fast to prepare. If your child is a picky eater only you would know best as to what they will eat. My son will eat just about anything. He loves tuna sanwiches for lunch. Fresh bluberries with cereal, etc. You can try getting a cookbook for kids, because sometimes if they help prepare some of the food they will be more open to trying it. One good book is one out by Emeril called ';There's a Chef in my Soup';Can anyone share healthy fast prep recipes of foods kids will really eat? es?

Macaroni and cheese! Ramen noodles! My kids LOVE these both. You might try adding chunks of ham or veggies, if you want to make them healthier. Most kids would eat mac-n-cheese no matter what you put in it!
pizza rolls, jello snacks, gogurt
ever tried tator tot casserole?mine love it..or chicken Parmesan...all you do is put some frozen breaded chicken on a casserole dish ,add some swiss or american or whatever kind of cheese on top the pour some jared spaghetti sauce on top ,,then bake it for 25 min on 400 degrees
cut apples into slices and put peanut butter on them.I eat it all the time-it's healthy and good tasting.
my quick dinner staple is instant mashed potatoes

you can always add stuff to them, like cheese or veggies

also, scrambled eggs is another quick food to make
spaghetti, broccoli with cheese sauce, ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and then raisins on top) calzones if you want the recipe for that email me,
stir fries
Bagel Pizzas! My 5 year old loves them. All you do is preheat the oven to 350 on broiler setting. Get whole wheat bagels, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce, and turkey pepperoni and make mini pizzas. Broil them in oven until the cheese melts and serve. They are an awesome and east treat
smoothies, get some sherbet in your kids favorite flavor and their favorite berries and fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, bananas, oranges) frozen or fresh fruits will work, and i like to throw in a little lemonade or a little bit of that Kern's juice in my favorite flavor too. Throw it all in a blender and put it on high. Because of all the fruit your kids get basically all the vitamins in a glass.

Also a homemade chicken pot pie with all the veggies, you can find a really good recipe for that on foodnetwork.com

Mac and cheese is always good, plenty of vitamins in the milk and cheese

A chicken quesidilla but instead of butter use Italian dressing, more flavor and less fat

find their favorite salad dressing and just throw together a quick salad, with some lettuce and that dressing and if your kids like carrots or tomato

and uhh that's all i can come up with off the top of my head, those are some of my favorite meals, hope that helped
