If you want a healthy drink to have then I suggest a strawberry banana smoothie.
Also, I have a healthy dessert for you: first, cut a banana in half
2) put a popsicle stick to the bottom of the banana
3) Roll it in your favorite yogurt
you could also have a banana oatmeal or blueberry oatmeal
You can also try baking banana/blueberry/cranberry muffins
Research has shown that teens who eat breakfast regularly:
Do better in school than those who don鈥檛
Are more likely to meet their daily vitamin and mineral needs
Eat more fiber and calcium and less fat that teens who skip breakfast
Are less likely to be overweight than teens who skip breakfast
What should I eat for breakfast?
When choosing a healthy breakfast, aim to include foods from at least three of the food groups (grains, proteins, dairy, fruit, vegetables, and heart-healthy fats). Fiber and protein are the most filling nutrients, so if you tend to get hungry in the morning, be sure to include protein-rich foods and fiber-rich foods. Protein-rich foods include eggs, peanut butter, nuts, soy sausage, milk, yogurt, and cheese. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. For example, a bowl of oatmeal with nuts and fruit will keep you full much longer than a bowl of sugary cereal or a donut. Below are a few healthy breakfast ideas.

Option 1 1 cup whole-grain cold cereal
8 ounces yogurt
Sliced bananas or berries
Water

Option 2 2 eggs or 陆 cup egg substitute
1 slice whole-grain toast
4 ounces orange juice

Option 3 Banana Nut Smoothie (see recipe below)
Whole grain toast
Water

Option 4 Scrambled Egg %26amp; Tomato Sandwich (see recipe below)
Orange (or piece of your favorite fruit)
Water

Option 5 Golden Apple Oatmeal (see recipe below)
1% or fat-free milk

What if I don鈥檛 have time for breakfast?
Many teens think that they don鈥檛 have enough time in the morning to make and eat a meal. If you鈥檙e running short on time, remember that any breakfast is better than no breakfast at all. You can plan ahead by having breakfast foods on hand that you can eat on the run, such as granola bars, fruit, yogurt smoothies, small cartons of milk or soy milk, small boxes of cereal, and trail mix.

Here are some breakfast ideas that you can pack up the night before, keep in the fridge, and grab on the way out the door.
6oz low-fat yogurt cup with a granola bar
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
Granola bar with a piece of fruit and carton of low-fat milk
4oz low-fat cottage cheese cup with a piece of fruit
Yogurt smoothie with a granola bar
English muffin with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and a carton of low-fat milk
One serving of whole grain cereal (in a to-go container), milk and a piece of fruit

Some good things to try would be French Toast, Eggs of all sorts, fruit salad, and quiche.
Eggs are awesome. You can do egg white scrambles if you're watching cholesterol. Add fresh veggies, seasonings, cheeses, meats, etc. Just scramble it all together and cook over medium heat.
Here's a good casserole. Great for brunch and SO easy. Not overly healthy, but not horrible for you:
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
 鈥?1 pound cooked ham, chopped
 鈥?3/4 cup sliced green onions
鈥?3/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
鈥?3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
 鈥?10 (7 inch) flour tortillas
 鈥?5 eggs, beaten
 鈥?2 cups half-and-half cream
 鈥?1/2 cup milk
 鈥?1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 鈥?1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 鈥?1 dash hot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS
 1. Place ham in food processor, and pulse until finely ground. Mix together ham, green onions, and green peppers. Spoon 1/3 cup of the ham mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese onto each tortilla, then roll up. Carefully place filled tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
 2. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, cream, and milk, flour, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce. Pour egg mixture over tortillas. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
 3. The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
 4. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle casserole with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake about 3 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Let stand a least 10 minutes before serving.
Happy cooking! =)
