What's a good recipe for healthy energy bars without sugar?

honey, rolled oats, and whatever other nut/berry fillers you like. Just spread it in a baking sheet, let it sit on the counter to firm up a bit, and cut into portions.What's a good recipe for healthy energy bars without sugar?
2/3 c. whole wheat flour


2/3 c. safflower oil


1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute


1/3 c. brown sugar, packed


1 tsp. vanilla


1/2 tsp. cinnamon


1/2 tsp. baking powder


1/2 tsp. or less salt


1 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats


1 c. unsalted low fat cheddar cheese, grated


3/4 c. raisins


1 c. apples, peeled and chopped
