What's a good, healthy smoothie recipe for athletes?

Looking for a good, simple and healthy smoothie recipe for breakfast and/or snacks. I know there are very good, specific recipes.

that last one sounded good but it depends what u like. i like Reeses peanut butter cups sooo to make it kinda taste like that i put bout 10 strawberries, 1 banana, couple spoonfuls of peanut butter, scoop of some chocolate protein powder and press BLEND. gatorade is also a great thing to add for some flavor if u want some flavor but above is how i make my shakes. u could adjust and put other fruits in alsoWhat's a good, healthy smoothie recipe for athletes?
1Bannana,10 big strawberries, 3 icecubes, 1 teaspoon of vinilla protein powder, 1cup of orange juice
