for breast you can bake them in the oven at 350 degrees
for 45 mins to a hour.. but just preheat oven and take a pan spray it so chicken won't stick season chicken with garlic parsley parmesan cheese and bake them
or
take breast and use a george forman grill adn grill them till cooked thru serve on top of a salad or next to a meal
or
slice the chicken breast or dice them and in a wok with alittle oil cook the chicken breast till brown add mixed frozen veges like broccoli cauliflower carrots or you can use bag of green beans and cook till well steamed and soft in center in another pot boil some brown rice when done add to a bowl and put meat vege mixture on top with soy sauce
or take chicken slice it up and add green red yellow bell peppers and onion and put in whole wheat burrito or wrap shells for fajitas add alittle salsa
for thighs you can bake them with seasoning like garlic onion powder salt pepper parsley paprika and let them cook a hour in the oven
you can boil them then pull the meat off and make chicken noodle soup dark meat taste great in that dish

BUTTER CHICKEN
A traditional butter chicken
Ingredients
60 g butter/margarine
15 ml oil
1 kg chicken fillet, cut into cubes
2 medium onions, finely chopped
20 ml garam masala
20 ml ground koljana
30 ml garlic and ginger paste
20 ml chilli powder
5 ml salt
3 cardamom pods
5 black peppercorns
150 ml natural yoghurt
30 ml tomato puree
150 ml milk water 鈥?half water, half milk
2 bay leaves
10 ml cornflour
200 ml cream
Method
鈥?Heat butter and oil in a pot. Sear the chicken pieces until they are brown. Remove from pot.
鈥?Fry onions until they are golden and soft.
鈥?In a separate bowl, blend together all the spices, yoghurt, tomato puree and chicken pieces.
鈥?Add this to the onions.
鈥?Add the milk and bay leaves and leave to simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
鈥?Turn the chicken pieces over and simmer for another 15 min.
鈥?Mix the flour with the cream. Add to chicken. Cook for a further 10-15 min.
鈥?Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped green onions.
鈥?Serves great with roast potatoes, rice or couscous.
Chicken Almondine
This is fast. Brown seasoned boneless, skinless breast tenders or strips in a skillet with butter and a little oil (keeps butter from burning). Continue cooking on low heat until done (7-10 minutes). Remove from pan. Add another pat of butter and sliced almonds. As almonds begin to brown, squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon. Pour over chicken and serve.
Griddle a chicken breast
lay on a sheet of foil with:
sliced red onion
sliced green, red, yellow pepper
sliced mushrooms
tarragon
lemon juice
wrap in the foil and bake in the oven at 200 for 20 minutes
serve with savoury rice.

there are a million things you can do with chicken. try poaching a breast and serving it with a smoked cheese sauce and baked potatoes, or use thighs for coq au vin
