Whole wheat low carb tortilla recipes? Must be healthy!?

Alright so i bout whole wheat mini tortillias, not the huge ones. There low carb, sugar and all. Im trying to maintain/lose my weight. atleast 5 more lbs lol but i bought them to make for lunch or dinners. Does anybody have any good recipes or what i can put in them thats not fattning , greasy, or bad? Thanks!Whole wheat low carb tortilla recipes? Must be healthy!?

Instead of frying up the ground turkey, mix the turkey with chopped onions, chopped cilantro, crushed garlic, pepper, crushed ginger and micrawave it without putting oil....





Red pepper will add flavor, so will thyme, or other spices if you must... like barbeque sauce.

Fry up some ground turkey and chopped onion. Put 1 T on the bread (heat the bread for 30 sec. so you can bend it easier). Add 1 T of vegetarian fried beans, sprinkle on chopped red pepper and 1 T salsa. Yum. Sometimes I used different vegetables, turkey or ham with chopped cucumber and feta cheese or goat cheese crumbles. I cook up a batch of ground turkey and use for sandwiches, for a couple of days. Then, I don't have to worry about making dinner. Its quick %26amp; easy. Another easy one, get motzerella cheese sticks, chop one into cubes, add some fresh torn basi, a little chopped tomato, put it all in a bowl and mix with 1 T Balsamic Vinegar and 1 t olive oil, then add to a wrap. Very good.
