What is the best recipe for a delicious healthy smoothie?

i want something that packs loads of fruits but no sugars, milk ectWhat is the best recipe for a delicious healthy smoothie?
Yeah, yeah, I know. Carbs are bad. Well, not when they are being delivered in a great smoothie recipe. Most fruit smoothies are full of delicious “evil” carbs, but this one pours it. Now you can pour it out, the Carb Smoothie, that is.





Ingredients:





* 1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base)


* 1 cup apple juice


* 1/2 cup blueberries


* 1/2 cup strawberries


* 1 small banana


* 2 cups of ice





Blend, drink and exercise off all those carbs. ;-)What is the best recipe for a delicious healthy smoothie?
Use soy milk





3 cups plain soy milk or vanilla soy milk


1 banana, peeled and frozen


149 g (1 cup frozen) strawberries (9318) or raspberries


1 tsp vanilla or almond extract


8 g (8 packets) Equal sweetener (83289) or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful


Directions


Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag and freeze.


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.








3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk


1 banana, peeled and frozen


1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries


1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract


1/3 cup Equal Spoonful*





*May substitute 8 packets Equal sweetener





Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.





Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

I take yogurt (either plain or vanilla) and add what ever fruits I can find, normally a banana and some berries. You could always add a little bit of fruit juice also.
