Very healthy. has two times more anti oxidants than red wine. I recommend just drinking it by itself. In the grocery store you can find ';pom'; brand. Is very good.Does anyone have recipes for POM juice? Read it's healthy.?

POm juice is an antioxidant is you drink 4 oz a day - every day,.. It stains, so I wouldn't mix much in it. just drink it strait or eat a pomegranate,.
Yea, mix it with diet 7-up. It's pretty tart on it's own but it's very good for you!
Juicing Pomegranates





There鈥檚 another way to capture that flavor: Roll the pomegranates over a countertop in every direction to loosen up the juice, make a small hole in the skin and squeeze the fruit over a bowl. ';Because you鈥檙e squeezing some of the thicker pith beneath the fruit, you do get a bit of the tannic quality of the fruit,'; which isn鈥檛 bad if it鈥檚 not too strong, Wemischner says.





From six nice-sized pomegranates, you can expect to get about three cups of juice, he says. It鈥檚 perishable. So drink it within hours, either straight or mixed with other fruit juices that it complements, such as apple or cherry. ';I like to add as little sugar as possible, if I drink it straight. But the sugar does tend to round out the flavor a bit,'; he says.





Don鈥檛 drink all that juice, though. Save some of it for other uses.

With pomegranate juice, ';you can make an excellent sorbet, or for lack of a better word granita,'; says Wemischner ';Sorbet tends to be sweeter and creamer in texture than what you鈥檒l get from pomegranate juice. Because of the lower sugar content, it鈥檚 going to be icy.';





First, make a simple syrup with equal parts water and sugar boiled until clear. Then add pomegranate juice until the flavor reaches the threshold between sweet and tart that suits your taste.





Then, put the mixture in nonreactive bowl that will quickly conduct heat, such as stainless steel, glass or porcelain.





Lacking something more high tech like an ice cream or sorbet machine, whisk it every half hour to break up the ice with a whisk or spoon until it is frozen.

You can freeze the juice into trays for cubed Pom Ice Cubes.





Low Cal Dessert: In a dish, put a sponge cake in bottom and pour 3 Tablespoons Pom juice over and then open a yogurt and pour over. You will taste a very delicious dessert that will make you think you are eating a trifle.





It is healthy and so is Cranberry Juice
POM and diet 7 Up is good mixed together. A little Vodka splashed in is even better :)
Get any margarita recipe and use POM juice in place of the lime juice (or whatever else the base flavor is). POM margaritas rock!
