What's an easy, healthy, 1 person recipe?

Something that's not too expensive... I'm pretty open minded when it comes to food (I like fish, chicken, steak... whatever) and I just want a good meal at least once a week that's not too hard for a 16 yr old :)What's an easy, healthy, 1 person recipe?
Take a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and place a boneless chicken breast in the center. Season the chicken with whatever you fancy that night -- lemon pepper, a little barbecue sauce, teryaki sauce, or whatever.





Then arrange a quartered peeled potato, a sliced carrot, a few broccoli spears, and a slice or two of onion (if you like it) around the chicken. Put a few dabs of margarine and a little salt and pepper on the veggies, fold the foil over and form into a packet.





Bake at 350 degrees until the chicken and veggies feel soft. (Usually around 25 minutes or so.) Serve with some bread sticks from the store and fruit salad from the deli.





There's practically no cleanup, you've got most of the major food groups covered, and it tastes good.What's an easy, healthy, 1 person recipe?

It's cheap,


It's easy to make, and


It's healthy for you.
pasta with any combo of veggies or meats, with olive oil or a light cheese sauce, or tomato sauce. u can never run out of combos of pasta, meat, and veggies...there so easy!! and you can so creative and very good for you
I like baked potatoes with melted cheese. Get one of those super spuds, puncture, wrap in foil, cook for about 45 min at 375 or so. Spread it open, pile in shredded cheddar, broccoli, tomatoes, whatever. Then, when I'm eating it, I like to dip it in Ranch dressing.
do you like salads? i love salads, but don't use iceberg lettuce because it has no nutritional value. use red or green leaf lettuce (there is a difference between them and iceberg) and spinach leaves because it is a great source of iron among other things. also stir fry is pretty good too, i would recommend both of those.





in stir fry, you can also put fruits in there and almonds which has protein and what have you. hopefully, i have helped you a little! happy cooking!!!!!!!!!!





i never liked spinach growing up, but i do eat spinach leaves, and they taste better than those cans of spinach because they are more fresh than those cans
