Healthy smoothie recipes?

I make very easy, delicious smoothies all the time. I ALWAYS keep frozen bananas in the freezer (meaning right about the time some people throw them out, I put them in the freezer).





Pour in about 1 cup or so of Vanilla Soy milk.





Microwave 1 banana for 1 minute. Cut the tip of banana off and squeeze banana paste into blender.





Add any other fruits you want. Also you may add flax or bran.


Blend. Enjoy.





Some great combinations along with the soy milk %26amp; banana are:





1) dab of orange essence %26amp; small squirt of chocolate syrup.





2) add a handful of frozen strawberries.





3) add a handful of frozen blueberris.





4) also tried chocolate syrup and raw, diced zucchini which


was good.
