Healthy and delicious fruit smoothie recipes?

give me ideas for the yummiest fruit smoothies! im thinking of replacing a meal or two w/ it each day, but i wanna keep it fun so it doesn't get dull.

Fresh Fruit Pudding Milk Shake





Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 10 min Makes: 4 servings, about 1 cup each





What You Need: 3-1/2 cups milk 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, or any flavor 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks 1/2 cup strawberries Make It


PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend 1 minute or until smooth.

- 1 frozen banana


- Handful frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc)


- 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt* (I like vanilla flavor)


*for smoother texture you can substitute with lowfat cottage cheese


- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water





Blend together until smooth...enjoy!!!

- milk or ice


-sugar with milk

blend all the ingredients until smooth


put in cups





enjoy!
Orange juice and any frozen fruit in a blender. Maybe add a little sugar or honey. My favorite is blueberries or peaches or both.
