Any tasty but healthy and low fat smoothie recipes?

Haha sorry.Any tasty but healthy and low fat smoothie recipes?
I eat smoothies all the time so my suggestion to you is to buy a lot of frozen fruit from the supermarket like blueberrys, strawberrys, Mangos, peaches, pineapple, raspberries, bananas ect. Just mix and match those and you will always have a good combination. Then just add some orange juice to blend the fruit up. You can add some vanilla or flavored yogurt to give it some flavor, and add some ice to give it a better texture. If you need something to make your smoothie more sweet just add some honey and that will do the trick.Any tasty but healthy and low fat smoothie recipes?
1 frozen banana (peeled)

1 mango (remove skin and seed)

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 cup of lowfat milk

Blend until smooth. Magically delicious, and kinda pretty too.

Wicked good for you.
1/2 or whole bannana

1/2 cup of strawberries (i use frozen)

1 container of non-fat yogurt ...i use activia light strawberry flavored

1/4 cup skim milk

and just add ice if you like it in more of a frozen texture
Eat healthy and exercise daily. You will see results in no time. Best of luck!
