Easy, tasty, and healthy chicken breast recipe?

I'm trying to lose weight and eat more chicken breasts. Unfortunately I only have a pan, olive oil, salt and pepper. I'd like a recipe that's easy to make so I can cook it frequently but also tasty so I will actually eat it.Easy, tasty, and healthy chicken breast recipe?
Based on the list of ingredients you have, I would say rub the chicken breasts with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then bake them at about 350 for 40 minutes or so until done.





If you have a few more herbs and spices you could vary them to change the flavor.





If you have a can of diced tomatoes around you can omit the olive oil, pour the tomatoes over the chicken and add some Italian seasoning and garlic and bake until done.Easy, tasty, and healthy chicken breast recipe?

place the chicken breat in there and add whatever you want

ginger


herbs


sweet chilli sauce


or all of them


cover it up with foil and baked till the chicken is cooked


then cut it up and serve in salad,have it with veggies, stir fry or served over rice.
If you're able to get salad dressing, choose your favorite (healthy) salad dressing, cut up your chicken breast, and let it marinate. (The longer the better) Then just sautee it in your pan! It's delicious, I make this all the time!
buy some garlic and fresh rosemary, coarsely chop, and rub this on your chicken breasts, then lightly fry in the oil until done. enjoy! =)
